Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 package frozen French fries
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until fully browned. Drain any excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
In a medium bowl, combine the cheddar cheese soup and cream of mushroom soup. Mix until well blended.
In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread the cooked ground beef evenly over the bottom. Pour the soup mixture over the beef and spread it out to cover evenly.
Arrange the frozen French fries on top of the soup layer in a single, even layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes or until the fries are golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese over the fries, and return to the oven for another 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
