Ingredients:
5 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 package (14 oz) smoked sausage, sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, smoked sausage, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow the cheese to melt and brown slightly.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
