Hearty Hamburger and Hash Brown Skillet

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 (16 oz) package frozen hash browns, thawed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish

Directions:

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Add the hash browns to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are lightly browned.
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
