Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadillas

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup chopped green onions
8 flour tortillas
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Sour cream, guacamole, and salsa for serving

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheese, ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper, mixing well.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of oil.
Place a tortilla in the skillet and spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture on one half of the tortilla. Fold the tortilla over to cover the filling.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Serve warm with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on the side.
