Ingredients:
12 ounces penne pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup Caesar salad dressing
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup croutons, crushed (optional)
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken cubes with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
Add Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Stir until the chicken is well coated and the sauce is warmed through.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat with the sauce. Add cherry tomatoes and toss again.
Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of crushed croutons for extra crunch, if desired.
