Cheesy Sloppy Joe Bake with Pasta

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 can (15 oz) sloppy joe sauce
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, chopped onion, and green bell pepper until the beef is browned and the vegetables are softened. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the sloppy joe sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Meanwhile, cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and add to the beef mixture, stirring to combine.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve hot.
