Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and shredded
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Directions:

  1. Place the shredded potatoes in a clean towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the potatoes, onion, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Heat about 1/4 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
