Ingredients:
1 package (14.3 ounces) Oreo cookies
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 package (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Directions:
In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Set aside 1-2 tablespoons of crumbs for garnish if desired.
In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the cream cheese. Mix until fully incorporated and smooth.
Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
Freeze the balls for about 10-15 minutes, or until firm.
Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off. Place back on the wax paper-lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle the reserved Oreo crumbs on top as a garnish, if desired.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until the chocolate is set. Enjoy!
