Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk (You can replace it with coconut milk, almond milk, or any plant-based milk)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Powdered sugar, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, optional
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Blend eggs, milk, flour, salt, and sugar in a blender until smooth.
- Place butter in a 9×13-inch baking dish and heat in the oven until melted.
- Pour the batter into the hot baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
